Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po totální reverzní endoprotéze ramenního kloubu. Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámení se s reverzním typem totální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu a podrobněji poté s rozborem celého pletence ramenního včetně kazuistiky pacientky s tímto typem diagnózy. Souhrn: Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. První část teoretická obsahuje informace o implantátu spojené s rozborem horní končetiny a ramenního kloubu z pohledu anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky tvořené za pečlivé analýzy odborné literatury. Druhá část speciální obsahuje kazuistikupacientky s danou diagnózou vypracovanou v průběhu souvislé odborné praxe konané od 15. 1. 2018 do 9. 2. 2018 v soukromém zdravotnickém zařízení MediCentrum Praha a. s. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo v průběhu terapií především ke zlepšení aktivní pohyblivosti v ramenním kloubu operované končetiny ve všech rovinách. Poté ke zvýšení svalové síly a zlepšení stability kloubu. Objectives: The main thing of these study is to get to know about the reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and then detail analysis of whole shoulder knot including patient case study with that kind of diagnosis. Summary: This bachelor thesis has been divided into two main parts. First part is theoretical and contains information regarding implant joined with analysis upper limb and shoulder joint searched by anatomy, kineziology and biomechanic vision where proffesionaly literature has been used. The second part of mine bachelor thesis contains patient case study with litteral diagnosis what I have searched during mine proffesional practice. Mine proffesional practice was located at Medicentrum Praha and I have worked there from 15.1. 2018 till 9.2. 2018. Results: During the terapy patient got better especially in the active mobility in shoulder joint of the operated limbin all movement planes.
