Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a následnou charakterizací tenkých vrstev oxidu wolframového zhotovených z koloidních disperzí. Vrstvy byly připraveny z komerčně dostupného prekurzoru metodou spin coating, anebo na materiálové tiskárně Dimatix. Vlastnosti připravených vrstev byly sledovány pomocí profilometrie, rastrovací elektronové mikroskopie (SEM), rentgenové krystalografie (XRD) a elektrochemických měření. This bachelor thesis deals with preparation and characterization of tungsten oxide thin layers originating from colloid dispersions. Thin layers were prepared from a commercially available precursor by spin coating or on a material printer Dimatix. The properties of the prepared layers were monitored by profilometry, scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray crystallography (XRD) and electrochemical measurements.
