Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením návrhu strategie pro rozvoj společnosti provozující čerpací stanici a hotel s restaurací. Konkrétně se jedná o provedení strategické analýzy, vnitřních i vnějších faktorů za účelem zjištění silných a slabých stránek společnosti. Implementace navrhovaných opatření má za cíl zlepšit dosavadní postavení společnosti na trhu a zajistit její fungování i při velkých změnách prostředí. Subject of this diploma thesis is to formulate development strategy for a company operating petrol station, hotel and restaurant. Specifically, it is about executing strategic analysis, analysis of internal and external factors to identify strengths and weaknesses of the company. Implementation of the proposed measures aims to improve company’s existing market position and secure its functioning even with major changes of environment.
