Název: Sponzoring týmu Big Shock Racing a jejich vzájemná spolupráce Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout sponzorský balíček pro potenciální sponzory týmu Big Shock Racing. Dále rozebrat stávající situaci, zjistit, jak tým se sponzory spolupracuje a komunikuje. Metody: V práci je použita kvalitativní metoda, konkrétně polostrukturované hloubkové rozhovory s pilotem týmu Big Shock Racing Martinem Macíkem ml. Dále je provedena analýza dat a pozorování, které slouží k získání aktuálních informací. Výsledky: Z provedených rozhovorů vyšlo najevo, že tým sponzorskými balíčky v současnosti nedisponuje a s jednotlivými partnery se snaží domlouvat individuálně a naplnit jejich individuální požadavky. Proto se nejdříve rozebrala stávající situace, jaké protivýkony tým nabízí, a z nich byly následně sestaveny 4 sponzorské balíčky, které budou týmu sloužit pro lepší budoucí vyjednávání s potenciálními sponzory. Klíčová slova: Sponzoring, sportovní sponzoring, sponzorský balíček, marketingová komunikace, motorsport Title: Sponsorship of Big Shock Racing Team and their cooperation Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to suggest new sponsorship offer for potential sponsors of Big Shock Racing Team and realize how the team cooperate with their actual sponsors. Methods: The main method used in this thesis is qualitative method, specifically several interviews with a driver of Big Shock Racing Team Martin Macik Jr., who deal with sponsorship in their team. The method of analysis and observation were used too. Results: From the interviews I realized that the team does not currently have complete sponsorship offer. They try to negotiate individually with their partners and try to fulfill their individual requirements. First of all the current situation was analyzed and than, four sponsorship packages were created to help the team with their future sponsors.
