Název: Vztah mezi návštěvníky fotbalových utkání a klubem FK Dukla Praha Cíle: Cílem práce je zjistit, co ovlivňuje vztah ke klubu u návštěvníků fotbalových utkání FK Dukla Praha. Poté formulovat doporučení, jaké žádoucí kroky by měl uskutečnit management klubu k naplnění svých záměrů i očekávání návštěvníků, diváků a fanoušků, popřípadě zda by měl přímo změnit některý ze svých záměrů, a to vzhledem ke specifickým historicko-společenským aspektům. Metody: V práci je provedena nejprve rešerše sekundárních dat. Dále je zde využito kvalitativní i kvantitativní metody k zisku primárních dat. Konkrétně se jedná o dva polostrukturované rozhovory a kvantitativní průzkum. Výsledky: Výsledky práce vypovídají o tom, že dotazovaní respondenti a především zástupci generace Y převážně nemají ke klubu vztah. Zároveň je zjištěna nejasná vize klubu a nehomogenní působení směrem k divákům a fanouškům. Problém nejasné koncepce je současně zjištěn i v případě fanklubu FK Dukla Praha. Vedení klubu je doporučeno zvolit jednoznačnou vizi a nové hlavní heslo, které by nebylo vnímáno jako odkaz na historii. Z hesla i nové jednotné vize by pak mělo být patrné, že je FK Dukla Praha vhodným prostředím pro rodiny s dětmi a mladé lidi, čímž by jasně definovala svou pozici mezi silnou fotbalovou konkurencí a potenciálně mohla... Title: The relation between the visitors of football matches and club FK Dukla Praha. Objectives: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to find out, what influences the relation of the visitors of the football matches FK Dukla Praha to the football club. After that,there will be formulated a recommendatiton in this thesis, what kind of desirable steps should be done by the management of the club to pursuit the expectations of the visitors,watchers and fans, or if it should directly change some of the intentions, that should be related to the historical and social aspects. Methods: There is firstly done a research of the secondary data in this work. Then there are used as well kvantitative and kvalitative methods to gain primary data. To be concrete - those are semistructured interviews and kvantitative research. Results: The results of this work shows that the asked respondents, and mainly the generation Y, mostly don't have a relation to the club. Concurrently, there was found out,that the vision of the club is unclear and the influencing of the visitors is inhomogeneous. The problem of unclear concept is simultaneously found in case of fanclub of FK Dukla Praha. The recommendation to the leadership is to start a unite vision and main motto, what wouldn't be taken as a legacy to the past. There...
