1 Abstrakt Úvod V posledních letech jsou do klinické praxe zaváděna nová onkologická léčiva s cílenými účinky na buněčné úrovni. Některé z těchto látek způsobují charakteristické reakce postihující kůži, kožní adnexa a sliznice. Skupinou s nejvýznamnějšími kožními reakcemi v klinické praxi jsou v současné době inhibitory receptoru pro epidermální růstový faktor (EGFR). Papulopustulózní exantém je nejčastějším kožním nežádoucím účinkem EGFR inhibitorů. Může mít zásadní dopad na kvalitu života, být příčinou přerušení nebo i ukončení onkologické léčby, a tím zhoršení prognózy pacientů. Cíle práce Cílem práce bylo na souboru pacientů s nemalobuněčným plicním karcinomem (NSCLC) určit výskyt, závažnost a období vzniku papulopustulózního exantému při léčbě erlotinibem. Dále pak určit vztah papulopustulózního exantému k prognóze pacientů a k výskytu EGFR mutací. Dalším cílem práce bylo vypracovat informační materiály pro pacienty léčené EGFR inhibitory popisující kožní změny, jejich prevenci, léčbu a doporučená režimová opatření. Some of these agents can cause specific changes affecting skin, skin appendages and mucosa. Currently, the most significant cutaneous side effects in the clinical practice are observed during treatment with inhibitors of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Papulopustular exanthema is the most frequent adverse effect of EGFR inhibitors. Skin changes have a crucial impact on the quality of life can cause an interruption or even termination of the oncological treatment, thus worsening the patient prognosis. Objectives The objective of this study was to evaluate the incidence, severity and time of onset of papulopustular exanthema in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with erlotinib. The study also aimed to assess the correlation between papulopustular exanthema and patient prognosis and the incidence of EGFR gene mutations.
