Tato disertační práce se zabývá uplatněním prezenčních magisterských absolventů studijního programu Tělesná výchova a sport Fakulty tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy na trhu práce. V teoretické části byla provedena rešerše aktuálního stavu poznání v uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce, zejména absolventů vysokoškolských. Na základě této rešerše byl operacionalizován konstrukt uplatnění absolventa Fakulty tělesné výchovy a sportu Univerzity Karlovy a byl sestaven hlavní nástroj provedeného výběrového šetření a tím byl elektronický výzkumný dotazník. Základní soubor výzkumu byl tvořen absolventy prezenční formy magisterského studia z let 2010 až 2015 z oborů Učitelství pro střední školy (dvouoborové), Tělesná výchova a sport (jednooborové), Vojenská tělovýchova a Management tělesné výchovy a sportu. Celkem bylo získáno 346 dotazníků z 671 možných (návratnost 52%). Ve výsledkové části byla získaná data nejprve podrobena chí-kvadrát testu na základě 3 identifikačních proměnných (pohlaví respondentů, obor studia a rok absolvování studia) a následně byly odprezentovány jednotlivé výsledky výzkumu. Tyto výsledky se týkaly zejména přechodu respondentů na trh práce po absolvování magisterského studia (mj. i zkušenosti s dobrovolnou a nedobrovolnou nezaměstnaností), současné práce respondentů (mj.... This dissertation thesis deals with the use of full-time Masters' graduates of the Physical Education and Sport study program at Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University on the labor market. In the theoretical part a review of the current state of knowledge about the use of graduates on the labor market was completed, especially university graduates. On the basis of this review the construct of the use of Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport graduate was operationalized and the main tool of the survey, the electronic questionnaire, was compiled. The basic set of the survey was formed by the graduates of the full-time Masters' studies program between the years 2010 and 2015 in the fields of Secondary School Teaching (double-subject), Physical Education and Sport (single-subject), Military Physical Education and Sports Management. 346 responses from 671 questionnaires were obtained (52% return rate). In the result part collected data was first analyzed by the chi-square test on the basis of 3 identification variables (gender of the respondents, field of study and year of graduation) and subsequently individual results of the survey were presented.
