Rigorózní práce zpracovává téma, které není v andragogické teorii ani praxi příliš akcentováno, tedy téma poradenství ve vzdělávání dospělých. Cílem práce je proto vytvořit elementární teoretickou bázi, na níž lze vystavět poradenství ve vzdělávání dospělých jako specifickou subdisciplínu andragogiky. Na podkladu andragogiky (zejm. v integrálním pojetí) jako disciplíny studující problematiku vzdělávání dospělých je vystavěna teoretická báze poradenství ve vzdělávání dospělých, a to s oporou ve dvou klíčových disciplínách: psychologii, zkoumající jedince a obracející se do jeho nitra, a sociologii, pro niž je jedinec nejen entitou o sobě, ale též součástí sociálních skupin, společnosti a kultury, které jej obklopují. Práce se postupně věnuje jednotlivým psychologickým školám a směrům, jejichž myšlenky, koncepty a pojmy souvisejí s tématem poradenství ve vzdělávání dospělých. Pozornost je věnována především psychologii osobnosti, popisující a zkoumající osobnosti v její struktuře i dynamice (zde se podrobně věnuje vybraným psychologickým školám a směrům, které se vhodně uplatňují v rámci poradenství ve vzdělávání dospělých), dále psychologii vývojové, orientující se na (dospělého) člověka v průběhu jeho života a na specifika jednotlivých vývojových etap, a konečně i sociální psychologii, zkoumající... This thesis deals with adult education counseling, a topic that is not accentted in andragogical theory or practice. The aim of the thesis is to create an elementary theoretical basis on which adult education counseling can be developed as a specific subdisciplinary of andragogy. On the basis of andragogy (especially in an integral concept) as a discipline studying the issue of adult education, the theoretical basis of counseling in adult education is built, with the support of two crucial disciplines: psychology exploring the individual and turning it into his inner world and sociology for which is an individual part of the social groups, societies and culture. In my work, I turn to the individual psychological schools and directions, whose ideas and concepts are related to the topic of adult education counseling. Attention is paid to psychology of personality describing and exploring personalities in its structure and dynamics (here I deal in detail with the selected psychological schools and the directions used in the adult education counseling). I also deal with developmental psychology oriented towards the (adult) person during his life and the specifics of the individual stages of development and, finally, social psychology examining a person as an individual acting in the community of...
