Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výběr typu bydlení, financování této investice a vhodnost navržených produktů. Dále je zde sledován vývoj úrokové sazby u produktů, pomocí kterých se tato investiční činnost má financovat. Vývoj úrokové sazby je vztažen k vývoji HDP České republiky. The final thesis is focused on type selection housing, financing this investment and suitability of the proposed. The interest rates on products that are used to invest in this activity are monitored. Interest rate developments are related to HDP development Czech republic.
