V této bakalářské práci se zabývám možností využití poetoterapie jako terapeutického nástroje v péči o zdraví. Poetoterapie je metoda, která užívá prvky poezie. Práce zahrnuje teoretickou i praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývám psychosomatikou, komunikací, psychoterapií, literárními druhy a žánry, poetoterapií a jinými terapeutickými metodami. V praktické části jsem uplatnila metodu kvalitativního výzkumu, kterého se zúčastnili 3 ženy a 3 muži ve věkovém rozmezí od 21 do 75 let. Ve své práci jsem aplikovala 4 metody ? poetoterapie, řízený rozhovor, pozorování a muzikoterapii. Cílem této práce je, abychom u respondentů pomocí 10 terapeutických hodin realizovaných během 10 týdnů zmapovali vnitřní problémy, motivovali je k četbě básní, probudili nové zájmy, navodili relaxaci, harmonizaci a sociální cítění. K probuzení nových zájmů po absolvování terapie došlo u 72 % respondentů. Motivovat respondenty k četbě básní se zdařilo u 48 %. Pocit harmonizace se mi podařilo dosáhnout u 72 % dotazovaných. Navození sociálního cítění jsem dokázala u 80 % respondentů. U 68 % respondentů jsem dospěla k redukci vnitřních problémů, přičemž navození vnitřní relaxace nastalo u 78 % zúčastněných. Z výsledků je patrné, že pravidelná poetoterapie pomohla respondentům odstranit vnitřní problémy, navodit relaxaci a vzbudila v nich větší míru empatie. Menší vliv měla na vyvolání nových zájmů a na to, aby si respondenti sami četli básně. Tato práce může posloužit nejen studentům, ale také laické veřejnosti jako zdroj informací. In this bachelor thesis I deal with possibilities of using poetry therapy as a therapeutic tool in health care. Poetry therapy is a method that uses elements of poetry. The work includes the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I deal with psychosomatics, communication, psychotherapy, literary kinds and genres, poetry therapy and other therapeutic methods. In the practical part I applied the qualitative research method, which was attended by 3 women and 3 men in the age range from 21 to 75 years. In my work I applied 4 methods - poet therapy, controlled interview, observation and music therapy. The aim of this work is to find out about internal problems, motivate them to read poems, awaken new interests, stimulate relaxation, harmony and social conscience by using 10 therapeutical hours during 10 weeks. New interests appeared in 72% of respondents. Motivating respondents to read poems was successful at 48%. A sense of harmonization was achieved in 72% of respondents. In 80% of the respondents we were able to create social conscience. In 68% of respondents, we managed to reduce internal problems where 78% of the participants had an inner relaxation. The results show that regular poetry therapy helps responders eliminate internal problems, bring a state of relaxation and have more empathy. It had less influence on raising new interests and to motivate respondents reading poems themselves. This work can serve not only students but also the general public as a source of information.
