Zuzana Šturmová Konzultant: PharmDr. Jitka Mužíková, Ph.D. Název rigorózní práce: Studium přímo lisovatelných tabletovin s granulovanou α-laktosou monohydrátem a mazadly Práce hodnotí granulovanou laktosu Lactopress® Granulated v kombinaci se čtyřmi typy mazadel z hlediska tokových vlastností, lisovatelnosti, vytlačovací síly, pevnosti tablet v tahu a doby rozpadu tablet. Použitá mazadla jsou stearan hořečnatý, stearan vápenatý, natrium-stearyl-fumarát a glycerol-dibehenát v koncentraci 1 %. Lisovatelnost je hodnocena pomocí energetického profilu lisovacího procesu. Mazadla zvyšovala sypnost granulované laktosy, nejvíce stearan hořečnatý. Celková energie lisování rostla s lisovací silou, její vyšší hodnoty vykazovaly tabletoviny s natrium- stearyl-fumarátem a glycerol-dibehenátem. Plasticita klesala s lisovací silou, její vyšší hodnoty vykazovaly tabletoviny s glycerol-dibehenátem. Nejnižší hodnoty vytlačovací síly vykazovaly tabletoviny se stearanem hořečnatým a stearanem vápenatým. Tabletoviny s glycerol-dibehenátem měly extrémně vysoké hodnoty vytlačovací síly, a proto je glycerol-dibehenát v dané koncentraci nevhodný pro použití jako mazadlo. Pevnost tablet v tahu... Zuzana Šturmová Consultant: PharmDr. Jitka Mužíková, Ph.D. Title of the Thesis: The study of directly compressible tableting materials with granulated α-lactose monohydrate and lubricants This thesis evaluates granulated lactose Lactopress® Granulated in combination with four types of lubricants in terms of flow properties, compressibility, ejection force, tensile strenght and disintegration time of tablets. Examined lubricants include magnesium stearate, calcium stearate, sodium-stearyl fumarate and glycerol-dibehenate at concentration 1 %. The compressibility is evaluated by energetic profile of compression. Lubricants increased flowability of granulated lactose, most magnesium stearate. The total energy of compression increased with compression force, higher values showed tableting materials with sodium-stearyl fumarate and glycerol-dibehenate. The plasticity decreased with compression force, higher values showed tableting materials with glycerol- dibehenate. The lowest values of ejection force showed tableting materials with magnesium stearate and calcium stearate.
