Bakalářská práce pojednává o zaměření se na potřeby klientů směrem od pracovníků v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež, která mají převážně romskou klientelu, a to na území Hlavního města Prahy. V praktické části hledá efektivní způsoby práce pro naplňování potřeb romských klientů v zařízení. Zabývá se zde vhodným nastavením této sociální služby pro dostatečnou saturaci potřeb uživatelů sociálními pracovníky. The practical part of the thesis seeks effective methods of work to fulfill needs of Romany clients in these establishments.
