Byl sledován vliv složení tabletoviny na disoluci tablet. Tablety byly slisovány ze směsí, které obsahovaly mikrokrystalickou celulosu, hydrogenfosforečnan vápenatý anhydrát a dihydrát. Tyto látky byly použity jako plniva. Připravené směsi obsahovaly theofylin jako modelovou účinnou látku a jako kluznou látku stearan hořečnatý. Následně byly provedeny disoluční testy. Při testech byla využita košíčková metoda. Jako disoluční médium byla použita 0,1M kyselina chlorovodíková. Z výsledků této práce jsme došli k závěrům, že jsme schopni ovlivňovat celkové množství uvolňovaného theofylinu a jeho rychlost uvolňování různým poměrem mikrokrystalické celulosy a jednoho ze dvou typů hydrogenfosforečnanu vápenatého. Nejrychleji se theofylin uvolňoval z tablet, které obsahovaly vysoký podíl mikrokrystalické celulosy. S klesající koncentrací... The influence of tablet composition on the dissolution profiles was evaluated. The tablets were prepared from the mixtures containing microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate anhydrous and dihydrate. These substances were used as fillers. Prepared mixtures contained theophylline as a model active ingredient and magnesium stearate as lubricant. Afterwards, the dissolution tests were done. For these tests, the basket method was utilized. As a dissolution medium the 0,1M hydrochloric acid solution was used. From the results of this experiment we concluded that we can influence the total amount of released theophylline and the speed of its release by the different ratio of microcrystalline cellulose and one of dicalcium phosphate types.
