[eng][cze] An optimization study of arsine and selenum hydride preconcentration at the quartz surface is presented. A novel apparatus design consisting of a quartz trap integrated with a quartz multiatomizer is described.Práce popisuje optimalizaci podmínek prekoncentrace hydridů arsenu a selenu na křemenném povrchu. Pro tento účel byl navržen nový design aparatury sestávající z křemenného prekoncentračního zařízení integrovaného s křemenným multiatomizátorem.
