Název: Management sportovního klubu Bohemians Praha 1905 Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření návrhů na zefektivnění managementu akciové společnosti v oblasti sportu. Návrhy budou stanoveny na základě analýzy současného stavu managementu a provedené SWOT analýzy. Metody: rozhovor pomocí návodu, analýza dokumentů, SWOT analýza Výsledky: Výsledkem jsou návrhy na zefektivnění řízení. Objectives: Main objective of this bachelor thesis is to create suggestions on how to increase efficiency of sport oriented joint-stock company management.
