Využití geoinformačních metod pro dokumentaci paleontologických ostatků Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím geoinformačních metod pro tvorbu digitálního 3D modelu. Práce je vytvořena ve spolupráci s Chlupáčovo muzeem historie Země, které zapůjčilo paleontologický artefakt pro zpracování. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice laserového skenování a průsekové fotogrammetrie. Obě metody jsou v praktické části použity pro vlastní sběr dat a následnou tvorbou 3D modelů. Zpracování dat bylo provedeno převážně v softwarech Trimble RealWorks, MeshLab a Agisoft PhotoScan. Dalším výstupem je HTML stránka, která umožňuje vizualizaci v prostředí Internetu. klíčová slova 3D model, laserové skenování, průseková fotogrammetrie, bodové mračno Possibily GIS methods for documentation of paleontological relics Abstract The bachelor thesis is focused on use of geoinformatic methods for creation of 3D model. The thesis is produced in cooperation with the Chlupáč's Museum of Earth History, which lent a paleontological artifact for processing. The theoretical part deals with laser scanning and close-range photogrammetry. Both methods are used in the practical part for own data colection and subsequent creation of 3D model. Data processing was mostly done in Trimble RealWorks, MeshLab and Agisoft PhotoScan.
