Svobodová, Š. Strategický management České pojTématem bakalářské práce je "Strategický management České pojišťovny, a. s. ve srovnání s vybranou pojišťovnou". Cílem je analyzovat systém strategického managementu v České pojišťovně, a. s. a KOOPERATIVA poisťovňa, a. s. Vienna Insurance Group. Prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy je zde hodnoceno vnější prostředí, jeho příležitosti a hrozby a dále je posuzováno vnitřní prostředí, kde jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky. Výsledkem práce je návrh nových strategií pro Českou pojišťovnu, a. s. This bachelor thesis deals with "Strategic management of Česká pojišťovna, a. s. in comparison with selected insurance company". The objectives of thesis are analyses of the strategic management of Česká pojišťovna, a. s. and KOOPERATIVA poisťovňa, a. s. Vienna Insurance Group. SWOT analysis describes external environment, its opportunities and threats as well as internal environment where the strengths and weaknesses are identified. The result of this thesis is to propose new strategies directly created for Česká pojišťovna, a. s.
