Práce se zabývá oceněním hodnoty podniku a návrhem strategií do budoucna. Popisuje obecně použitelnou metodiku při zjišťování hodnoty podniku a zabývá se optimalizací budoucího vývoje ve prospěch společnosti. Daná problematika je aplikována na konkrétním příkladu z praxe. The thesis deals with the assessment method of enterprise and suggests possible strategies for the future. It describes a generic metodology for determining the value of the company and it and deals with the optimalization of the future development for the benefit of the company. The issue is applied to a specific example of practice.
