Předmětem této bakalářské práce je ochrana spotřebitele v železniční dopravě. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jaké je současné postavení spotřebitele v železniční dopravě, tj. jaká práva a povinnosti spotřebiteli náleží, a na základě zjištěných skutečností potvrdit následující hypotézy: 1. Současné legislativní nastavení v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele v železniční dopravě je dostačující. 2. Konkurence působící v železniční dopravě je pro spotřebitele přínosná. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is consumer protection in rail transport. Its aim is to determine what is the current position of the consumer in rail transport, i.e. which rights and obligations belong to consumers, and based on the established facts confirm the following hypothesis: 1. Current legislative setting in consumer protection in rail transport is sufficient. 2. Competition in rail transport is beneficial for consumers.
