Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice integrace imigrantů na pracovní trh ve Švédsku. Klade si za úkol ukázat a analyzovat agendu hlavních státních aktérů, kteří v procesu integrace na pracovní trh hrají značnou roli a následně ukázat možnosti doplnění státních institucí nestátními organizacemi v těch oblastech integrace, kde je to výhodné. Dále se práce snaží ukázat i způsoby komunikace státních i nestátních aktérů s nově příchozími imigranty. This bachelor thesis deals with the immigrant integration into the labour market in Sweden. It aims to show and analyze the agenda of the main state actors, which play a significant role in the process of integration into the labour market and subsequently show the possibility of complementing state institutions with non-state organizations in those areas where it is beneficial. In addition, the work tries to show ways of communication of state and non-state actors with newly arrived immigrants.
