Východiskem pro zpracování práce je vlastní podnikatelský záměr týkající se založení hlídací agentury. Na konkurenční trh bude vstupovat jako zcela nový subjekt. Pro vstup na trh je potřeba znát důkladně podnikatelské prostředí v daném oboru. Analýza tohoto prostředí by měla přinést závěry, které budou podkladem pro rozhodnutí v rámci strategického i operativního marketingového plánování. Cílem diplomová práce je analýza částí podnikatelského prostředí a stávající konkurence hlídacích agentur v Praze za účelem zvolení konkurenční strategie a skladby marketingového programu pro nově vznikající podnikatelský subjekt. Cíle bylo dosaženo metodikou analýzy konkurence. V rámci analýzy byl využit proces konkurenčního zpravodajství. Sběr dat probíhal na několika frontách a pro ucelenou analýzu byly využity také polostrukturované rozhovory. Při zpravování byl brán zřetel na etiku výzkumu. Výstupem práce je stanovení konkurenční strategie a marketingové mixu 6P, ve kterém je zakotvena konkurenční výhoda. The foundation of this thesis is a personal business plan for a babysitting agency. This agency will enter the market as a new entity. In order to do so, it is necessary to explore this business market in a great detail. The analysis of such market should provide information which will then create the foundation for both strategic and operational marketing decisions. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the current state of the babysitting market and its main competitors in Prague in order to create a competitive strategy and marketing program for a new business. This analysis was done through the methodology of competition analysis using the process of competitive intelligence. Data have been collected in many different forms, one of them being semi-structured interviews. Ethics have been taken into consideration while doing this research. The outcome of this work is a competition strategy and the 6Ps marketing mix, which include the competition advantage.
