Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu sortimentu Skechers v České Republice. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů souvisejících s analýzou sortimentu. Praktická část přináší výsledky analýzy sortimentu společnosti Skechers. Za pomocí identifikace funkcí jednotlivých produktů v sortimentu a analýz objemů prodeje a tržeb je hlavní cíl práce odhalit silné a slabé stránky sortimentu společnosti Skechers, řešení k daným nedostatkům a odhalení možných příležitostí k dalšímu rozvoji firmy. This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of product range analysis of the American footwear company Skechers. The first part is theoretical and is devoted to the methods which focus on analyzing the product range and the product mix of the company. The second part is practical and is devoted to the company´s product range itself. With the help of the internal data of Skechers, the author uses the analysis of sales volume and revenues to determine the strong and weak sides of the company´s product range and also suggests the possible solutions for the weaknesses as well as the possibilites for the future development of Skechers mainly in the Czech Republic.
