Lidské zdroje jsou základem každé dobře fungující organizace. Pro úspěch společnosti je důležité, aby si v době rychlých změn rozhodovala, jak správně toto aktivum řídit, neboť žádná společnost by bez této složky nemohla fungovat. Proto je na personální práci kladem čím dál větší důraz. Cílem personalistiky pak je zajištění dostatečného množství motivovaných a schopných lidí, aby mohla organizace dosahovat svých strategických cílů. Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je vytvoření uceleného postupu pro řízení lidských zdrojů v KC SQA a výběr vhodného nástroje pro správu evidence. Human resources are the basics of very well-functioning organization. It is very important for a company to succed in deciding how to properly manage this asset at a time of rapid change, as no company would be able to work without this asset. The goal of human resources is to ensure that there are sufficient motivated and capable people to help organizations achieve their strategic goals. The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive procedure for human resource management in Software Quality Assurance competency centre and to select a suitable management tool for human resources.
