Cílem této práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti TOS Kuřim - OS, a. s. mezi léty 2011 až 2015 a sestavit prognózu budoucího vývoje. Práce se dělí na dvě části. V metodické části jsou popsány použité metody a ukazatele finanční analýzy. Druhá část je praktická a zahrnuje aplikaci popsaných metod na konkrétní data podniku a porovnání s vybranou konkurencí a odvětvím. V návaznosti na provedenou finanční analýzu je prognózován vývoj finančního plánu pro rok 2016. V závěru práce je pak souhrnné zhodnocení. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company TOS Kuřim, - OS a. s. between years 2011 and 2015 and to forecast future development. Thesis is divided into two parts. In methodical are described used methods and ratios of financal analysis. The second part is practical and it contains aplication of the methods on real conpany's data and comparison with chosen competitors and the sector. It is followed by a financial plan for the year 2016. In the conclusion there are summarized results.
