Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy společnosti Tecno line interier s.r.o. a formulace strategických doporučení. Práce je standardně rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlena základní terminologie a popsány metody a postupy analýzy vnějšího okolí podniku a vnitřních zdrojů a schopností firmy. V praktické části jsou pak tyto metody aplikovány na vybranou společnost. Vnější okolí podniku je konkrétně analyzováno pomocí PEST analýzy, analýzy odvětví a analýzy konkurenčních sil, vnitřní zdroje a schopnosti poté pomocí VRIO analýzy, finanční analýzy, hodnototvorného řetězce a GE matice. Informace získané z provedených analýz jsou následně shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Silné a slabé stránky firmy, příležitosti a hrozby z ní zjištěné jsou podkladem pro závěrečnou formulaci strategických doporučení, jež mají sloužit k budoucímu rozvoji firmy. The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Tecno line interier s.r.o. and formulate strategic recommendations. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes methods and procedures of the external environment of the company and the internal resources and capabilities of the company. These methods are applied to the selected company in the practical part. The external environment of the company is specifically analyzed by using PEST analysis, sector analysis and analysis of competitive forces, then internal resources and capabilities by using VRIO analysis, financial analysis, value chain and GE matrix. The information obtained from realized analysis is summarized in the SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as opportunities and threats ascertained from it make a base for the final formulation of strategic recommendations intended for future development of the company.
