Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice strategické analýzy malého podniku z maloobchodního prostředí. Pomocí vhodně zvolených metod vzhledem k charakteristice podniku zkoumá vnější a vnitřní prostředí podniku, drogerie Deštná. Cílem práce je na základě těchto analýz popsat současný stav podniku a jeho pozici na trhu a v závěru navrhnout některá možná opatření vyplývající z analýzy, která jsou primárně zaměřená na udržení pozice na trhu. Bachelor's thesis devotes causes of strategic analysis in conditions of small and medium-sized enterprises. Choosing appropriate methods in accordance with characteristics of a business thesis describes external and internal environment of company- drogerie Deštná. The objectives of this thesis is to describe the current situation of the company define its strategic position on the market and suggest some possible steps based on the analysis. Those steps are primarily focused on keeping the company's current position on the market.
