Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem použití negativních úrokových sazeb v rámci měnové politiky centrálních bank. Teoretická část popisuje bankovní rizika, dále se zabývá měřením a řízením rizik, úrokovými sazbami v centrálním bankovnictví, mezibankovními sazbami a kotací sazby PRIBOR. Empirická část je zaměřena na situace ve vybraných evropských zemích, kde centrální banky přistoupily k zavedení záporných sazeb. Další kapitola popisuje situaci v České republice a dopady snížení úrokových sazeb. This bachelor thesis deals with the usage of negative interest rates as a part of the monetary policy of central banks. The theoretical analysis/part describes banking risks and further deals with the risk measurement and risk management, the interest rates in central banking, the interbank rates and the PRIBOR rate quotation. The empirical analysis/part concerns the situation of some selected European countries, where the central banks have implemented negative interest rates. The next chapter explains the situation in the Czech Republic and the impact of interest rate reduction.
