Země Visegrádské skupiny realizovaly řadu parametrických změn a reforem penzijních systémů v letech 2004-2016. Druhý pilíř penzijního systému byl v České republice v roce 2016 zrušen a zbylé fondové pilíře byly značně zredukovány. Z důvodu nejen těchto změn se jednotlivé penzijní pilíře ve zkoumaných zemích odlišují. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat penzijní systémy zemí Visegrádské skupiny a komparovat rozdíly mezi náhradovými poměry penzí obyvatel. Z provedené komparace vyplývá, že se náhradové poměry napříč zkoumanými státy liší. S rostoucí mzdou klesá čistý náhradový poměr občanům České republiky, Slovenska a Polska. V případě Maďarska toto tvrzení neplatí. Nejnižších náhradových poměrů nadprůměrných mezd dosahují penze v České republice, proto je žádoucí podporovat individuální způsoby dodatečného zabezpečení příjmů na stáří. Na základě poznatků bakalářské práce jsou navrhnuta hospodářsko-politická doporučení určená pro politické elity daných národů. Countries of the Visegrad Group implemented a number of parametric and systemic reforms of pension systems between 2004 and 2016. The second pillar of the pension system was abolished in 2016 in the Czech Republic and remaining second pillars were considerably reduced. Not only for these reforms are pension pillars different in these countries. The aim of this thesis is to analyse pension systems of the Visegrad Group countries and to compare the differences between replacement rates by country. The comparison shows that replacement rates are different across selected countries. As the wage increases, the net replacement rate is decreasing for Czech, Slovak and Polish citizens. In the case of Hungary, this claim is not valid. The lowest replacement rates of above-average wages are in the Czech Republic, so it is desirable to support alternative ways of supplementary retirement savings. Based on the findings of the thesis economic and political recommendations are proposed for political elites of these nations.
