Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou efektivity zprostředkování zaměstnání pomocí vydaných doporučenek ve městě Pardubice. Ukázalo se, že vydávání doporučenek je více efektivní z pohledu odhalení dobrovolné nezaměstnanosti než jako nástroj pomoci zprostředkování vhodného zaměstnání pro uchazeče. Úspěšné zprostředkování práce je realizováno pouze ve 20 % případů. V této souvislosti je v práci také analyzována motivace uchazečů k dobrovolné nezaměstnanosti. Tato motivace byla nalezena u uchazečů s nízkým vzdělání, u kterých výše poskytnutých sociálních dávek převyšuje jejich dosažitelný plat. Na základě provedené analýzy byla formulována hospodářsko-politická doporučení, jejichž cílem je zkvalitnění systému vydávání doporučenek. The bachelor thesis uses the metod of analysis to determine the efficiency of labor intermediation through issued job recommendations in the town of Pardubice. It has turned out that issuing job recommendations is more effective for detection of voluntary unemployment than as a tool to help mediate suitable employment for the applicant. Successful mediation of work is realized in only 20 % of cases. In this context, the thesis also analyzes the motivation of candidates for voluntary unemployment. This motivation has been found in low-educated applicants where the amount of social security benefits exceeds their available salary. On the basis of the analysis, economic policy recommendations have been formulated to improve the system of issuing job recommendations.
