Bakalářská práce se zabývá připraveností vybraných podniků na proces digitální transformace. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Po úvodu je v teoretické části zařazena kapitola věnující se třetí platformě a jejím prvkům, tedy technologiím cloudových služeb, velkým datům, sociálním technologiím, mobilitě a internetu věcí. Tyto technologie jsou základními stavebními kameny digitální transformace, které je věnována další kapitola. Důležitou částí této kapitoly je popsání teoretické roviny připravenosti podniků na digitální transformaci. Nestačí pouze zavádět nové, výše zmíněné technologie, klíčem ke zdárnému uchopení a zvládnutí digitální transformace je také leadership. Pro lepší vykreslení celé problematiky jsou v další kapitole uvedeny a definovány ostatní pojmy použité v dotazníku, jenž je základem praktické části práce. Na základě výsledků provedeného dotazníkového šetření bylo zpracováno vyhodnocení digitální připravenosti vybraných firem, které je hlavním cílem této práce. This bachelor thesis deals with the readiness of selected companies for a digital transformation. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The introduction is followed by a chapter in the theoretical part about the third platform and its elements - cloud service technologies, big data, social technologies, mobility and Internet of Things. These technologies are the basics of the digital transformation, which is the topic of the following chapter. This chapter aims to describe the necessary theoretical background of the digital transformation readiness. Implementing the aforementioned technologies is not enough. The key to fully grasp and handle the digital transformation is leadership. To better understand the complexity of the topic, a list of other terms and definitions with regards to the survey is made. The digital transformation readiness of selected companies is evaluated based on the results of the survey, which is the main aim of this thesis.
