Význam tohoto tématu bakalářské práce Identita organizace etické řízení a sociální odpovědnost je definován zvýšenou pozornost veřejnosti k činnosti obou společností v oblasti sociální a environmentální opatření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. společnosti První část s teoretickými základy etického řízení a sociální odpovědnost. Podstatou konceptu společenské odpovědnosti podnikání je dobrovolné touha podnikatelů k výkonu této politiky sledovat takové směry a učinit takové rozhodnutí které jsou žádoucí z hlediska sociálních cílů a hodnot. Ve druhé části analýzy provedené etiku řízení a sociální odpovědnost v PJSC Aeroflot Předmětem výzkumu je logické zásady a požadavky pro etiku a společenskou odpovědnost PJSC Aeroflot. Cílem výzkumu je identita PJSC Aeroflot etické řízení a společenské odpovědnosti organizace. Metodický Základem výzkumu je soubor metod vědeckých poznatků metod a technik používaných v procesu provádění vyšetření. Teoretický základ práce sloužil jako soubor vědeckých teorií pro studium identity mezinárodní organizace, hlavní ustanovení, z nichž jsou uvedeny ve vědeckých děl domácích i zahraničních vědců. Informační základna vyrobena intra dokumenty, předpisy a základy PJSC Aeroflot finančních a statistických hlášení PJSC Aeroflot a výsledky svého vlastního výzkumu. The relevance of the topic of the bachelor thesis: Identity of organization ethics of management and social responsibility is determined by the increased public attention to the activities of companies in the field of social and environmental measures. The thesis is divided into 2 chapters. The first chapter explains the theoretical basis of ethics of management and social responsibility. The concept of social responsibility of business is the company policy which is desirable from the point of view of society. The second part analyzes the ethics and social responsibility management in PJSC Aeroflot. The subject of the study is the logic principles and requirements for ethics and social responsibility of PJSC Aeroflot. The purpose of the study is the identity of PJSC Aeroflot the ethics of management and social responsibility of the organization. The methodological basis of the study is a set of methods of scientific knowledge methods and techniques used in the process of the study. The theoretical basis of the work was the combination of scientific theories of domestic and foreign scientists. The information base was made up by internal corporate documents regulations and basic information about PJSC Aeroflot financial and statistical reports of PJSC Aeroflot also results of my own research.
