Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu úrovně počítačové gramotnosti ve zdravotnickém zařízení EUC Premium u lékařů a zdravotních sester. V úvodu jsou představeny definice počítačové a informační gramotnosti a jejich vývoj. Další část je zaměřena na výzkum počítačové gramotnosti zaměstnanců společnosti EUC Premium. Výzkum je založen na dvou metodách - etnografický výzkum a dotazníkové šetření. Na základě etnografického výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že úroveň počítačové gramotnosti v uvedené společnosti není příliš vysoká, což potvrzuje i výsledek dotazníkového šetření. Byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky, ze kterých vyplynulo, že se plynulý chod společnosti neobejde bez fyzické účasti IT podpory na řešení problému. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývají autorova doporučení pro vedení společnosti, které mohou napomoci ke zvýšení počítačové gramotnosti v cílové organizaci. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the level of computer literacy in the EUC Premium medical facility for doctors and nurses. The introduction introduces the definitions of computer and information literacy and their development. The next part is focused on the research of computer literacy of the employees of EUC Premium. Research is based on two methods - ethnographic research and questionnaire research. Based on ethnographic research, it was found that the level of computer literacy in this company was not too high, as confirmed by the questionnaire survey. Research issues have been identified that have shown that the company's smooth running can not be without the physical participation of IT support to solve the problem. Research results show authors recommendations for company leadership that can help increase computer literacy in the target organization.
