Bakalářská práce je věnována hodnocení organizační kultury podniku a vývoji směrů pro jeho zlepšení. Cílem studie je otevřená akciová společnost "Vysokorychlostní tramvaj" - městská dopravní společnost ve městě Starý Oskol, Belgorodsko, Rusko. Práce se skládá ze tří vzájemně propojených částí. První část zkoumá teoretické a metodologické základy pro zlepšení organizační kultury. V druhé části práce byly vyhodnoceny výsledky ekonomických aktivit a organizační kultury JSC "Vysokorychlostní tramvaj". Ve třetí části byl vyvinut projekt na zlepšení organizační kultury JSC "Vysokorychlostní tramvaj" a přiložená analýza účinnosti navrhovaného řešení. Praktický význam práce spočívá ve skutečnosti, že navrhovaná opatření ke zlepšení organizační kultury přispějí k řešení produkčních, ekonomických a sociálních problémů rozvoje JSC "Vysokorychlostní tramvaj", což zajistí strategii podniku. Výzkum uskutečněný v rámci bakalářské práce může být aplikován i na další podniky. Graduation Bachelor's work is devoted to evaluation of the organizational culture of the enterprise and development of directions for its improvement. The object of the study is an open joint-stock company "High-speed tram" - a city transport company in Stary Oskol, Belgorod region, Russia. The work consists of three interrelated sections. The first section examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving organizational culture. In the second part of the work, the results of the economic and economic activities and organizational culture of the JSC " High-speed tram " were evaluated. In the third section, a project has been developed to improve the organizational culture of the JSC "High-speed tram" and presents an analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed solution. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the proposed measures to improve the organizational culture will contribute to solving the production, economic and social problems of the development of the JSC " High-speed tram ", ensuring the strategy of the enterprise. The results obtained during the performance of the bachelor's thesis can be extended to other enterprises.
