Diplomová práce na téma 'Životní styl studentů VŠE' se zaměřuje na pojetí zdravého životního stylu, jeho definici a dílčí oblasti, kterými jsou například zdraví obecně, životospráva, režim práce a odpočinku nebo time management. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza životního stylu studentů na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze, právě v oblastech životosprávy, stravovacích a pohybových návyků, režimu práce a odpočinku a time managementu. Pomocí online dotazníkového šetření byl prováděn kvantitativní výzkum, kterého se zúčastnilo 612 studentů VŠE. Na základě teoretické části byly v úvodu části aplikační stanoveny čtyři hypotézy, které byly na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření potvrzeny nebo vyvráceny. The master's thesis 'Lifestyle of students of University of Economics in Prague' focuses on the concept of healthy lifestyle, its definition and sub-areas, such as health in general, nutrition, work-life balance and time management. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the lifestyle of students of the University of Economics in Prague, namely in the areas of living, eating and physical habits, work-life balance and time management. The online questionnaire survey carried out a quantitative research, which was attended by 612 VŠE students. Based on the theoretical part, four hypotheses had been established at the beginning of the application section, which were either confirmed or refuted based on the results of the questionnaire survey.
