Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán akciové společnosti SwissBee, která se zabývá správou devizových prostředků. Hlavním cílem podnikatelského plánu je posoudit proveditelnost a reálnost daného záměru. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část interpretuje informace o podnikatelském plánu. Seznamuje s podnikatelskou činností a s obsahem podnikatelského plánu. Věnuje se hlavním zásadám a přístupům pro zpracování. Praktickou část představuje konkrétní podnikatelský plán společnosti, který vychází z teoretické části této práce a má reálný přínos pro autora, protože slouží jako podklad business plánu společnosti. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení podnikatelského záměru autorem. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to execute a business plan for Joint-Stock company SwissBee which provide asset management. The main goal of the business plan is to evaluate feasibility and practicability of this project. The master thesis is divided into two main sections: a theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part provides basic theoreticaal concepts related to entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and describes business plan. The part of business plan describes an each parts of business plan. The practical part has a real benefit for the author, because it is a real business plan of the company. This part consists of business plan of the SwissBee company which is based on the theoretical part. The aim is to assess a business plan.
