Cílem diplomové práce je vyčíslení tržní hodnoty vybrané společnosti k 31. 12. 2015, prostřednictvím výnosové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF) a metody tržních multiplikátorů, pro potencionální investory. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou popsány základní pojmy potřebné pro dané téma a tato část vytváří východisko pro praktické ocenění společnosti. Praktická část se zaobírá představením společnosti, aplikací strategické a finanční analýzy a následně plánovaním generátorů hodnot, finančních výkazů a výsledným oceněním. The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of specific company as of 31. 12. 2015 based on Discounted Cash Flow method and Multiples method for potential investors. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. The first part describes the basic concepts necessary for valuation of the company and it gives the bases for practical part. The second part is focused on the introduction of the company, strategic and financial analysis and forecasting of value drivers, financial statements and final valuation of the company.
