Bakalářská práce Analýza očekávání EU od dohody TTIP je přehledovou analýzou. Tento text se zabývá čtyřmi hlavními oblastmi TTIP. Těmito oblastmi jsou strojírenství, automobilový průmysl, veřejné zakázky a zemědělství. Jsou zkoumána zejména očekávání Evropské unie, v menší míře České republiky a okrajově Spojených států amerických. Autor čerpal výhradně z oficiálních zdrojů státních institucí a z odborných prací. Veškeré odborné články a oficiální dokumenty byly vydány před 8. listopadem 2016, kdy došlo (vlivem amerických prezidentských voleb) k posunu v očekávání od dohody. Neoficiální a laické texty jako podklad pro výzkum použity nebyly. Analýza sleduje témata z několika hlavních perspektiv, kterými jsou sociální sféra, tarifní omezení, netarifní omezení, možné přínosy a kontroverzní témata. Navíc jsou zohledněny nároky na zdraví spotřebitele a je analyzována možná změna v regulacích. Text je prokládán tabulkami, na kterých jsou doložena číselná data. Bachelor thesis Analysis of expectation of the EU from TTIP is an overview analysis. This text covers four main areas regarding TTIP. Those topics are engineering industry, automotive industry, public procurements and agriculture. The analysis covers expectations of the European Union, partly of the Czech Republic and touches expectations of the United States of America a little bit. The author used only official document of the governmental institutions and scientific documents as resources. Any scientific documents and official papers issued before 8th of November 2016 were not used. The reason behind that are American presidential elections. Those elections shifted expectations from the TTIP. Unofficial and non-professional texts were not used at all. The analysis follows topics from several points of view. Those perspectives are social sphere, tariff measures, non-tariff issues, possible gains, and controversial topics. Requirements regarding the customer's safety are included as well. Possible changes in regulations are also analyzed. The text is interspersed with figures that support numerical data.
