(česky) Bakalářská práce se zabývá povědomím studentů gymnázií o zrakovém postižení a komunikaci s jedinci se zrakovým postižením. Cílem práce je zjistit míru informovanosti studentů gymnázií o problematice zrakového postižení, které úzce souvisí s pochopením, přijetím a následným způsobem informování o zrakovém postižení pro současné i budoucí generace středoškolských studentů a mládeže v naší společnosti. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to první teoretickou a druhou část praktickou. Teoretická část uvádí čtenáře do problematiky zrakového postižení, vymezuje základní terminologii, charakterizuje a klasifikuje zrakové vady, zabývá se příčinami postižení a důsledky zrakového postižení v osobní a sociální rovině. Také se věnuje komunikaci s jedinci se zrakovým postižením, kompenzačními pomůckami a rehabilitaci pro zrakově postižené osoby. Druhá, praktická část, mapuje povědomí studentů gymnázií o problematice zrakového postižení. Zajímá se o informovanost studentů v oblasti služeb, komunikace a doprovázení osob se zrakovým postižením a používáním kompenzačních pomůcek. Dále uvádí osobní zkušenosti studentů gymnázií se zrakově postiženými osobami. K výzkumnému šetření pro mou bakalářskou práci jsem zvolila kvantitativní metodu. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty... (in English): My bachelor's work deals with awareness of high school students about visual impairment and communication to person with visual disabilities. The aim of the thesis is to find out a degree of high school students awareness about visual impairment which are closely related to sympathy, acceptance and consequent way of knowledge of eye disorders for contemporary and future secondary school students and the young generation in our society. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical ones. The first part introduces readers into the issues about visual impairment, defines the elemental terminology, describes and classifies eye disorders, deals with the causes of disabilities and impacts about visual impairment, on personal and social sphere. The first part is also dedicated to the communication with individuals with eye handicap, using compensatory tools and rehabilitation of the visually impaired persons. The second, practical part researches the high school students awareness of the issues about visual impairment. It is focused on the students' knowledge of services area, communication and accompaniment and help to visually impaired people and using of compensatory tools.
