Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi dávkou levothyroxinu, pozitivitou či negativitou thyreoidálních protilátek, BMI, obvodem pasu a dalšími antropometrickými parametry a analyzovat, jestli je dávka levothyroxinu ovlivněna příčinou a závažností hypotyreózy. Metodika: Vyšetřeno bylo 44 pacientů s hypotyreózou, kteří byli léčení levothyroxinem tak, že jejich tyreoidální funkce byla aktuálně v normě. U těchto pacientů jsem následně zjišťovala výšku, hmotnost a BMI pomocí kalibrované osobní váhy a dále obvod pasu a boků pomocí páskové míry. Za dozoru lékaře jsem z karty pacientů zjišťovala sérové koncentrace TSH, TPOAb a TgAb, které byly stanoveny ze vzorku krve metodou nekompetitivní imunoanalýzy. Výsledky: Průměrná denní dávka levothyroxinu v celém souboru pozitivně korelovala s BMI (Spearmanův koeficient 0,429, P=0,004) a obvodem pasu u žen (Spearmanův koeficient 0,332 P=0,028). Sérové koncentrace tyreoidálních protilátek neměly statisticky významný vztah k dávce levothyroxinu, BMI ani dalším antropometrickým údajům. Nejvyšší průměrná denní dávka levothyroxinu byla u skupiny po totální tyreoidektomii (medián 114 až 160,5 ug, průměr 135,4 ug), nižší u skupiny s manifestní hypotyreózou (medián 87,5 až 100 ug, průměr 100 ug) a nejnižší u skupiny se subklinickou hypotyreózou (medián 81,5 až... The objective of this study was to define if there is a mutual influence between the daily dose of levothyroxine, positivity/negativity of thyroid antibody, BMI, waistline, hip measurement and other anthropometric parameters. It was also to analyze if the daily dose of levothyroxine is being influenced by degree of hypothyroidismimportance. Methodology: There were 44 patients examined having hypothyroidism and who have been cured with levothyroxine so that their thyroid function has been normal at the time. I have examined those patients' body height, weight, BMI, waistline and hipline. Under the supervision of the medicine doctor I used records available for each of patients regarding concentration of TSH, TPOAb and TgAb, which were defined with patients' blood by a method of immunoassay. Results: The average daily dose of levothyroxine in all patients sample has showed a positive correlation with BMI (Spearman rho coef. 0,429, P value=0,004) and with waistline of women (Spearman rho coef. 0,332, P value=0,028).
