Tématem této bakalářské práce je fenomén suburbanizace, tedy proces vzniku předměstských oblastí v prstenci kolem jádrového města. Soustřeďuje se konkrétně na malou vesnici nedaleko Prahy, která prochází postupně od začátku jedenadvacátého století výraznou proměnou v rámci tohoto procesu. Jednak se zkoumaná lokalita mění z hlediska nárůstu obyvatel, dále samozřejmě také prostorově a architektonicky vzhledem k přibývajícím rodinným domům a menším průmyslovým objektům. Mimoto se k této proměně vztahuje i vývoj politického života v obci, a její další směřování je výrazně ovlivňováno suburbanizačním procesem. Hlavním cílem této práce je tedy zachytit především z pozice místních obyvatel, jaký dopad má tento proces na život v obci a na ně samotné. Výzkum ukázal, že suburbanizace je vnímána spíše pozitivně, jelikož s sebou přináší další finanční zdroje v podobě nových obyvatel, tím pádem i větší investice do infrastruktury a veřejně prospěšných zakázek. Druhotně se zkvalitnil i společenský a kulturní život díky vzniku nových tradičních akcí a setkání pro místní obyvatele pořádané zastupitelstvem za účelem zlepšení komunitního života. Výzkum neprokázal, že suburbanizace má negativní vliv na mezilidské vztahy. Primárním původem rozhodnutí novousedlíků po přestěhování z města na venkov nejsou tyto vztahy,... The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is the phenomenon of suburbanization, the process of the emergence of suburban areas in the ring around the core city. It focuses specifically on a small village near Prague, which has gradually changed since the beginning of the twenty-first century. On the one hand, the site of research changes in terms of population growth, furthermore of course also spatially and architecturally due to the growing family houses and smaller industrial buildings. In addition, the development of political life in the municipality also applies to this transformation, and its further direction is strongly influenced by the suburbanization process. The main aim of this work is therefore to capture the impact of this process on the life in the village and its inhabitants from the point of view of the local population. Research has shown that suburbanization is perceived rather positively, as it brings additional financial resources in the form of new inhabitants, and thus greater investment in infrastructure and publicly beneficial contracts. Secondly, social and cultural life has been improved in thanks to the emergence of new traditional events and meetings for local residents organized by the municipality with the aim to improve community life.
