Předmětem bakalářská práce je návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace nadstandardního rodinného domu v Ostravě – Hrabové. Objekt se skládá ze dvou nadzemních podlaží a částečně podsklepeného suterénu. Dům je rozdělen na tři části společenskou zónu nacházející se v prvním nadzemním podlaží a částečně v suterénu, klidovou zónu v druhém nadzemním podlaží a garáž. Dvojgaráž je součástí novostavby. Dům bude sloužit čtyřčlenné rodině. Konstrukční systém objektu tvoří keramické zdivo, stropní konstrukce jsou monolitické železobetonové. Na objektu jsou navrženy dvě ploché střechy, vegetační a kombinovaná. Fasáda je řešena jako provětrávaná. Objekt se nachází na mírně svažitém pozemku. The theme of this Bachelor´s thesis is the design and production of the project documentation of a high standard detached house in Ostrava – Hrabová. The object is composed of two above-ground floors with partial basement. The House has three parts, the social zone which is situated in the firts floor and partially in the basement, the private zone, situated in the second floor, and the garage. The two car garage is a part of new building. The house will serve as a family house for the family of four. The construction system is formed from a ceramic walling, the ceilings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. There are two flat roofs in the project, the green roof and combined one. The facade is designed as ventilated. The object is situated in a gently sloping plot.
