Táto bakalárska práca vychádza z ateliérovej práce vytvorenej v predmete AG32. Cieľom práce bolo nájsť vhodné urbanistické a architektonické riešenie pre areál farmy v Helvíkoviciach v Pardubickom kraji. Areál sa nachádza na samote. Farma je zameraná na chov býkov. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá rekonštrukciou časti hlavného objektu areálu farmy. Zámerom majiteľa bolo vytvoriť zázemie pre spracovanie mäsa z chovu a vytvorenie penziónu v podkroví. Súčasťou práce je riešenie detailu drevenej žalúzie na novostavbe stajne. Objekt má jednoduchý pozdĺžny tvar a sedlovú strechu. Tento tvar zostáva zachovaný. Zvislý drevený obklad na fasáde člení budovu a tým zmierňuje jej výraznú dĺžku. Stavba sa nachádza v blízkosti cesty, láka verejnosť k návšteve. Súčasťou je predajňa čerstvého mäsa a výrobkov z vlastného chovu. Takisto je možnosť ochutnávky priamo na farme. Tieto prevádzky naväzujú na priestory pre spracovanie mäsa. V podkroví sa nachádza penzión. K dispozícii sú 4 apartmány. This bachelor thesis is based on a project created at the studio AG32. The goal was to find a suitable urban and architectural solution for farm in the Helvíkovice in the Pardubice region. The complex is located in a remote place. The farm is focused on cattle breeding. Bachelor thesis deals with reconstruction of the part of main building of the farm. The intension of the owner was to create facilities for meat processing from own breeding and guest house in the attic. A part of thesis is the detail of wooden blinds at new cattle house. The object has simple longish shape and gable roof. This shape remain unchanged. Vertical timber cladding on facade is dividing building thereby mitigate its considerable length. The building is located near the road, attracts public to visit. Part of the building is shop with fresh beef and product of their holding. There is also a opportunity of tasting at he farm. These facilities are attached to facilities for meat processing. In the attic is guest house. There are 4 apartments.
