NÁZEV: Specifika péče o klima ve 3. ročníku ZŠ ABSTRAKT: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda střídání tří a více učitelů ve třetích ročnících má negativní vliv na klima třídy. V teoretické části charakterizuji specifika osobnosti žáků 3. třídy základní školy s ohledem na péči o třídní klima. Mezi faktory ovlivňující klima třídy analyzuji vliv rodiny, žákovské skupiny a především učitele, jeho osobnost, řízení a organizaci vyučování, jeho komunikační styl, hodnocení a spolupráci mezi učiteli. Praktická část je zaměřena na průzkum klimatu třídy s použitím metody My Class Inventory (MCI). Další použitá metoda je rozhovor s třídními učiteli. Praktická část je doplněna o anketu, která byla učena žákům. Výsledky výzkumu potvrdily, že ve třetích ročnících, kde se střídají tři a více vyučujících se mění klima třídy. Jedná se především o více třenic a vyšší soutěživost. The theoretical part provides a definition of personality characteristics of pupils in the third grade of primary school with respect to the management of classroom climate. I analyse the factors influencing the classroom climate such as family influence, pupils' groups and particularly personalities of teachers, their management and organisationof teaching, further their communication style, evaluation and cooperation among teachers. The practical part focuses on the research of the classroom climate using the method My Class Inventory (MCI). Another applied method is interviewing class teachers. The practical part is completed with a questionnaire filled out by pupils. The results of the research confirmed the change of the classroom climate in the third grade where three and more teachers alternate. These changes are manifested especially by more frictions and higher competitiveness.
