eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] Presented work deals with theoretical analysis of deposited energy distribution as a function of sensitive volume dimensions. As an input data, particle tracks simulated using the MC code TRIOL are used. The frequence and dose lineal energy distributions calculated for spherical sites of 3, 30, and 1000 nm diameters for electrons, protons, alfa particles are presented and discussed.
