Bakalářská práce se zabývá nejnovějšími trendy v procesu získávání pracovníků v souvislosti s informačními a komunikačními technologiemi. Pozornost je věnována internetu, sociálním sítím a chytrým telefonům spolu s jejich využitím pro získávání pracovníků. Součástí práce je kvantitativní šetření trendů v získávání pracovníků zaměřené na zjišťování zvyklostí, zkušeností a názorů uchazečů, kteří si v posledním roce hledali zaměstnání, s cílem postihnout situaci ve využívání zmíněných trendů v České republice a jejich další možný vývoj. The attention is focused on the internet, social networks and smartphones along with the possibilities of their use for recruitment. A part of this thesis is a quantitative survey of trends in recruiting. Practices, experiences and opinions of candidates who were looking for the job in the last year were collected in order to describe the situation of the use of these trends in the Czech Republic and their possible further development.
