Tato práce přehledně shrnuje ložiskové typy ložisek zlata, uvádí historické přístupy v klasifikaci těchto ložisek a podrobněji se věnuje současným poznatkům. Je provedeno rozdělení ložisek zlata na jednotlivé typy, přičemž dále je věnována pozornost ložiskovému typu orogenic gold. V základních rysech jsou popsány všechny důležité charakteristiky tohoto ložiskového typu. Další část práce je věnována ložisku Jílové u Prahy, je rozebrána jeho geologie a historie dolování v tomto historicky nejdůležitějším zlatonosném revíru v Čechách. Na jeho okraji leží méně významné zlatonosné oblasti, které nejsou dosud podrobně geologicky a geneticky zpracovány. Tyto historicky těžené zlatonosné oblasti, konkrétně Radlík a Zahořany jsou v této práci blíže studovány. Jsou uvedena strukturní měření v těchto oblastech, a to jak na povrchových výchozech, tak strukturní měření z několika důlních děl, která se do dnešní doby dochovala. Dále jsou uvedeny geologické mapy části důlních děl, které by mohly mít význam pro interpretaci ložiskového typu. Poslední část se zabývá studiem některých odebraných vzorků, a to jednak studiem pod mikroskopem, a jednak studiem fluidních inkluzí v křemeni. V závěru je provedeno srovnání s ložiskovým typem orogenic gold, naměřená data však nejsou dostačující k tomu, aby mohla být tato příslušnost... This thesis discusses gold deposit types, reviews historical approaches to their classification, and focuses in more detail on modern classification approaches. A new classification of gold deposits is presented, and the orogenic deposit type is described in detail. All important characteristics and features of this deposit type are presented. The second part of this thesis discusess the geology and mining history of Jílové u Prahy, which historically has been the most important gold-bearing district in the Czech Republic. A number of other, less important gold-bearing areas are located at periphery of this district, but these areas have yet to be geologicaly studied in detail. The Radlík and Zahořany gold-bearing areas are studied in detail in this thesis. Structural measurements in these areas are presented, some of which are from outcrops, while others come from several adits that have been preserved to the present day. Geological maps of parts of some these adits are presented, focusing on those that could be useful for deposit type identification. The thesis goes on to discuss gangue samples, which were studied microscopically, with fluid inclusions in quartz also subjected to study.
