RNDr. Karel Mašek, Dr., Katedra fyziky po- vrchů a plazmatu Abstrakt: Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části zkoumáme mož- nosti vytváření monokrystalických klastrů wolframu a oxidu wolframu pomocí magnetronového naprašivání s plynovou agregací. Klastry jsou připravovány v nereaktivní (Ar) a reaktivní (Ar + O2) atmosféře a ohřívány buď po depozici, nebo v letu pomocí IČ záření. Podrobně byl popsán vliv kyslíku na agregační proces a byly nalezeny možnosti vytváření krystalických klastrů z wolframu i jeho oxidu. V druhé části práce zkoumáme reaktivitu vrstev oxidu wolframu, čistých či dopovaných vzácnými kovy (Pt, Au), deponovaných na křemík a leptaný uhlík, při částečné oxidaci methanolu. Byl nalezen a popsán vliv jak uhlíkové podložky, tak dopantů na reaktivitu vzorků. Rovněž byly popsány změny v morfologii a chemickém stavu vzorků, ke kterým během reakce docházelo. In the first part, we examine possibilities of preparation of monocrystalline tungsten and tungsten oxide na- noclusters by means of magnetron sputtering with gas aggregation. Clusters are prepared in the non-reactive (Ar) and reactive (Ar + O2) atmosphere and heated after the deposition or during the flight by IR radiation. Influence of oxygen in the aggregation process was described and possibilities of generating crystalline tungsten and tungsten oxide clusters were found. In the second part, we study reactivity of tungsten oxide layers, pure and doped with rare metals (Pt, Au), deposited on the silicon wafer and etched carbon, towards partial methanol oxi- dation. Influence of carbon substrate and metal doppants on reactivity was found and described, along with mofrological and chemical changes that occurs in the sample during the proces.
