Netýkavka malokvětá (Impatiens parviflora DC.) je jedním z nejmasivněji rozšířených druhů invazních rostlin ve střední Evropě. Přesto nejsou detaily o průběhu její invaze dobře známy. Cílem této práce je porozumět lépe vlivu tohoto druhu na původní vegetaci a faktorům ovlivňujícím jeho šíření. Vliv netýkavky malokvěté na původní vegetaci jsem studovala pomocí vytrhávacího pokusu na trvalých plochách v dubohabrových lesích. Po vytrhání netýkavky v roce 2011 jsem na vytrhaných plochách v letech 2012-2014 zaznamenala mírný nárůst v počtu i pokryvnostech původních druhů rostlin oproti plochám nevytrhaným. Změny v druhovém složení se také průkazně lišily mezi vytrhanými a nevytrhanými plochami. Druhy s vysokou afinitou k vytrhaným plochám, tedy druhy netýkavkou nejvíce vytlačované, byly převážně druhy s nízkou výškou uvolňování semen a s časným počátkem kvetení. Faktory ovlivňující šíření netýkavky malokvěté jsem studovala v letech 2011-2014 na trvalých transektech v oblastech, kde se netýkavka právě začínala šířit. Na 321 trvalých plochách jsem sbírala data o podmínkách prostředí a o šíření a zdatnosti netýkavky. Výsledky ukázaly, že semenáče netýkavky se šíří nejvíce do oblastí s vysokou půdní vlhkostí a nízkou pokryvností bylinného patra. To naznačuje, že vysoký pokryv původních druhů rostlin může... 5 ABSTRACT Small balsam (Impatiens parviflora DC.) is one of the most widespread invasive plant species in central Europe. Nevertheless, the mechanisms of its invasion are still poorly understood. In this thesis I attempt to understand the impact of this species on native vegetation and the factors affecting its spread. The impact of small balsam on native vegetation was studied using a removal experiment on permanent plots in oak-hornbeam forests. Following small balsam removal in 2011, a slight increase in both number and abundances of native species was observed on the removal plots during 2012-2014 compared to the invaded plots. The species composition also significantly differed among invaded and removal plots. Species with high affinity to removal plots, i.e. species that are most restricted by small balsam invasion, were mostly species with small releasing height and early start of flowering. The factors affecting the spread of small balsam were studied between 2011 and 2014 on permanent transects in areas where it just started spreading. In each of 321 permanent plots, data on environmental conditions and on small balsam spread and performance were collected.
