Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ischemická kmenová cévní mozková příhoda Cíle: Cílem této práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s diagnózou ischemická kmenová cévní mozková příhoda, shrnutí teoretických poznatků o cévních mozkových příhodách a následné rehabilitaci, navržení terapie, sledování jejího průběhu a zhodnocení efektu terapeutického působení na stav pacientky. Metody: Praktické podklady pro zpracování této bakalářské práce jsem získala během odborné praxe konané od 6. 1. 2014 do 31. 1. 2014 na rehabilitačním lůžkovém oddělení Vršovická zdravotní a.s.. Práce je složena ze dvou částí - obecné a speciální. Obecná část práce se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o cévních mozkových příhodách, jejich klasifikací, možnými příčinami vzniku a anatomií cévního systému mozku. Hlavním tématem obecné části mé bakalářské práce je rehabilitace po mozkových iktech. Obecná část je zpracována na základě odborné literatury uvedené v referenčním seznamu. Speciální část popisuje kazuistiku pacientky po ischemické kmenové cévní mozkové příhodě, vstupní vyšetření, průběh terapie, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Hlavním efektem terapie bylo zlepšení stereotypu chůze pacientky a zvýšení aktivního rozsahu pohybu levé horní končetiny. Tyto pokroky umožnily... Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with the diagnosis of a tribal ischemic cerebrovascular accident. Objectives: This work aims at processing the casuistry of a patient with the diagnosis of a tribal ischemic cerebrovascular accident at summarizing the theoretical knowledge about cerebrovascular accidents and subsequent rehabilitation, at suggesting a therapy, observing its progress, and at evaluating the effect of therapeutic influence on the patient's condition. Methods: I acquired the practical sources for processing this bachelor's paper during my professional practice, which took place from 6th to 31st January, 2014, at the rehabilitation in-patients' ward of Vršovická zdravotní a.s. The paper is composed of two parts - the general and the special ones. The general part of the paper deals with the theoretical knowledge about cerebrovascular accidents, their classification, possible causes of their origin, and the anatomy of the cerebrovascular system. The main theme of the general part of my bachelor's paper is about rehabilitation after a cerebral ictus. The general part was processed on the basis of expert literature mentioned on the reference list.
