7 Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací s neslyšícími, nedoslýchavými a ohluchlými cestujícími v letecké přepravě, konkrétně v letecké společnosti České aerolinie, a.s. a ostatních zahraničních leteckých společnostech z letecké aliance SkyTeam. Teoretická část popisuje komunikaci, komunikativní situace a komunikaci osob se sluchovým postižením. Cílem praktické části bylo - pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi palubním personálem a polořízených rozhovorů s neslyšícími, nedoslýchavými a ohluchlými cestujícími - popsat současný stav v této oblasti. The theoretical part describes communication, communicative situations and communication of people with hearing disabilities. The aim of practical part was - through a questionnaire survey among cabin crew and interviews with Deaf, Hard of hearing and Deafened passengers - to describe the current situation in this area.
